About This Role
- Lead post-silicon validation of multiple SOC products simultaneously, ensuring alignment with project KPIs.
- Provide technical direction and mentorship to junior team members within the Silicon Validation team.
- Develop and enhance automated validation setups and scripts to optimize validation cycle times.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in post-silicon validation or pre-silicon emulation of digital SOCs.
- Strong C programming and scripting skills, particularly in Python.
- Solid knowledge of microcontroller/microprocessor architecture, ARM programming, embedded firmware development, and RTOS platforms (preferably FreeRTOS).
- Familiarity with key peripherals including Clocking, Power Management, Ethernet, PCIe, Serdes, and USB.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in working independently and managing multiple complex SOC validations in parallel under leading-edge process technologies.
- Capable of interfacing effectively with cross-functional global teams including Design, Verification, Applications, Product, and Test Engineering.
- Demonstrates strong automation skills applied to code generation and debugging, with AI/ML tool knowledge being advantageous.
