About This Role
- Manage complex commercial loan servicing activities including transaction processing, loan advances, payments, and letters of credit reconciliation.
- Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to less experienced team members and coordinate operational deliverables.
- Collaborate with business partners and contribute to process improvements while ensuring compliance and risk management standards are met.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years of commercial loan servicing support experience or equivalent experience/education.
- Experience working with LoanIQ and commercial lending servicing platforms.
- Experience supporting Commercial Real Estate (CRE) loan servicing and operations.
- Role based in Hyderabad, India; requires night shift from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST with hybrid work schedule (3 days office, 2 days WFH).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated ability to interpret complex commercial loan documentation and servicing processes for accurate transaction processing.
- Experience in leading workflows, mentoring team members, and managing multiple priorities with high accuracy and service standards.
- Familiarity with risk management, regulatory requirements, and experience driving process improvements using reporting/automation tools (Power BI, Alteryx, etc.).
