About This Role
- Create and maintain master data records including material, vendor, customer, and pricing masters ensuring data accuracy and consistency across systems.
- Execute data addition, change, and deactivation processes aligned with SLA agreements; run data performance reports measuring key quality metrics (completeness, consistency, uniqueness, accuracy).
- Support business partners by resolving data issues timely, managing collaborator relationships, and participating in operations meetings for SLA and benchmark reviews.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Management, Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Experience Required: Consistent record in data administration or master data systems development; experience with JDE, Salesforce, or SAP is advantageous.
- Experience working in compliance environments with operational data requirements for ERP systems; shared service center experience.
- Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written). Working hours aligned to ANZ shift (05:30 – 02:30 IST).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in master data management within complex ERP or shared services environments, familiar with data conversion, consolidation, and harmonization.
- Strong analytical and digital fluency skills to drive efficiency improvements and handle sophisticated data structures and reporting.
- Able to work effectively within virtual distributed teams and manage stakeholder relationships in a business-technical collaborative environment.
