About This Role
- Manage day-to-day regional order management business tasks including creating quotations/opportunities in ERP systems under supervision and providing them to customers.
- Perform data corrections based on customer and sales team requirements and support the Global Order Management team administratively.
- Analyze and manage shipment tracking, handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and fax, and escalate unmet customer requirements.
Minimum Requirements
- 1 to 5 years of relevant work experience in order management or related fields.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Business Management, Arts, Science, or MBA.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP systems (CRM & ERP).
- No travel required; location based in Bangalore, India.
