About This Role
- Manage day-to-day operations of employee benefits programs for JAPAC and ELMAC regions including medical, insurance, retirement, and wellness benefits.
- Coordinate and implement benefits design changes, vendor management, and operational transitions linked to mergers, acquisitions, and organizational integration.
- Analyze benefits data and market research to support program enhancements and prepare reports for leadership, ensuring benefits governance and compliance.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Typically 5+ years of experience in benefits, total rewards, HR operations, or related field.
- Experience administering or coordinating employee benefits programs and working with vendors, consultants, and brokers.
- Strong project coordination, analytical, and communication skills with knowledge of benefits governance and compliance.

- Experienced in managing benefits programs across multiple countries or regions, with exposure to global benefits operations and vendor governance.
