About This Role
- Lead the design, configuration, and delivery of Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud modules (GL, FA, CM, Intercompany, SLA) aligned with Record-to-Report processes.
- Provide technical leadership in financial process transformation, integration testing, data migration, and ensure feature delivery while managing risks and dependencies.
- Mentor and guide teams, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement in software products and financial solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- 10-15+ years of ERP experience, including 7+ years with Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud focused on GL, FA, CM, Intercompany, SLA and R2R processes.
- Experience in configuring Oracle Fusion modules and handling related financial process design and documentation.
- Strong skills in integration testing, data migration, and experience with Oracle Cloud APIs (OIC, FBDI, REST/SOAP).
- Work Experience Required: 10-15+ years ERP and 7+ years Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud experience explicitly mentioned.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in multi-region Oracle Cloud financial deployments and quarterly updates with strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills.
- Skilled in subledger-to-ledger accounting, financial reporting, SLA rules, and multi-ledger environments with knowledge of FAH and consolidation tools (FCCS/EPBCS).
- Operates effectively as a technical leader and trusted advisor driving complex business and technical transformation in financial systems.
