About This Role
- Lead development and delivery of Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud solutions focused on Acquire-to-Retire and Fixed Assets processes.
- Guide and mentor engineering teams in software design, architecture, and best practices for scalable, secure distributed systems.
- Collaborate across functions to identify risks, ensure quality delivery, and drive continuous improvement in technical solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- 10-15+ years of ERP experience with at least 7 years in Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud specializing in Acquire-to-Retire/Fixed Assets.
- Experience configuring Oracle Fusion modules including Fixed Assets, Subledger Accounting, General Ledger, and integrations with Accounts Payable and Purchasing.
- Ability to lead functional workshops and develop functional and process documentation such as BPD, FDS, and Configuration Workbooks.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.

- Senior professional with deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud acquiring strong knowledge of capital asset lifecycle and accounting integrations.
- Experienced in managing large-scale or global Oracle Cloud implementations with ability to handle complex integration and configuration challenges.
- Comfortable leading cross-functional teams and communicating technical risks and solutions to stakeholders at multiple levels.
