About This Role
- Design and develop responsive web applications and enterprise-grade dashboards using React, TypeScript, and Node.js with integrated Generative AI features.
- Build scalable backend services, APIs, and AI orchestration layers in Python supporting machine learning and LLM-powered applications.
- Collaborate across teams to deliver secure, scalable AI-powered solutions, ensuring engineering quality, observability, and compliance with organizational standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 6+ years professional experience in full-stack software engineering with proven end-to-end ownership of solutions.
- Hands-on experience building and deploying Generative AI applications including RAG architectures, AI agents, prompt engineering, and tool calling.
- Proficiency in React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js, Python, RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in developing enterprise AI platforms, intelligent assistants, or conversational applications with practical Generative AI expertise.
- Skilled in building data visualization and analytics applications with familiarity in AI governance and evaluation frameworks.
- Demonstrates ability to lead technical initiatives, mentor engineers, and translate complex business challenges into scalable technical solutions.
