About This Role
- Own incident triage, resolution, and root cause analysis for production platform issues, acting as first line of defense.
- Manage system health and performance monitoring using Datadog and Kubernetes, including alert tuning and workload troubleshooting.
- Develop automation scripts and contribute to CI/CD pipeline reliability, supporting 24/7 rotational production support including weekends and holidays.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-6 years experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or related role.
- Proficiency with Datadog or equivalent monitoring tools and Kubernetes container environments.
- Strong scripting/programming skills in C#, Java, Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
- Availability for rotational 24/7 shift work including weekends and holidays.
