About This Role
- Manage day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and employee engagement within the business area.
- Partner with hiring managers to facilitate timely talent acquisition and support performance management processes.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field; master’s preferred.
- 7-8 years of experience in HR operations or as an HR Generalist.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS/HRMS systems.
- Work Experience Required: 7-8 years in HR operations/generalist role.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing end-to-end employee lifecycle in a dynamic environment.
- Skilled in stakeholder management and handling multiple HR functions independently.
- Familiarity with ISO 14001 & 45001 standards advantageous.
