About This Role
- Lead design and development of AI-driven solutions using LLMs, Generative AI, Agentic AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics.
- Optimize applications with prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, embeddings, vector search, and AI agents.
- Evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, relevance, risk, safety, and business usefulness; communicate technical findings to stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in data science, machine learning, AI, or related roles.
- Strong programming skills in Python and working knowledge of SQL.
- Experience with data science libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, Matplotlib) and practical experience with Generative AI and Agentic AI concepts.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building and deploying LLM-based and agentic AI applications using advanced techniques such as prompt engineering and RAG.
- Able to work with structured and unstructured data to create AI-ready data pipelines and features.
- Capable of technical leadership including guiding junior team members and communicating complex AI concepts to business stakeholders.
