About This Role
- Forecast and analyze the Wells Fargo Investment Portfolio across multiple dimensions including capital, interest rate risk, balance sheet, income, and liquidity.
- Validate data, assumptions, and models while ensuring compliance with treasury risk management, regulatory, and audit standards.
- Lead process improvements and automation initiatives using tools like Power BI, Python, and AI; act as lead consultant on treasury finance and risk strategies.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of treasury experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
- Experience with fixed-income securities modeling, valuation, and forecasting across multiple asset classes and scenarios.
- Experience in Asset Liability Management, Interest Rate Risk, treasury analytics, or similar risk-management environments.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); strong analytical and communication skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in fixed-income products including mortgage-backed securities, structured products, municipal bonds, U.S. Treasuries, and interest rate swaps.
- Familiar with third-party fixed-income and risk platforms such as PolyPaths, QRM, ADCo, Bloomberg, or Calypso.
- Proficient in Python, SQL, and automation tools with proven ability to drive outcomes with limited direction in a matrixed environment.
