About This Role
- Manage setup, configuration, and maintenance of automation testing environment and framework.
- Design, develop, and maintain reusable automated test scripts for functional and performance testing.
- Communicate testing estimates and status, identify and track defects, and participate in design reviews to align testing with product requirements.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in automated software script development and execution.
- Minimum 1 year of experience writing manual test cases, test plans, and test execution.
- Availability for rotational on-call schedule outside standard business hours may be required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience with structured delivery processes and Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with web-based, PC-based, and mobile application testing including technologies like Java, .NET, Linux, and relevant databases.
- Proficient in Selenium or equivalent test automation tools and scripting languages such as JavaScript, with knowledge of Node.js and web object identification techniques like XPath.
