About This Role
- Serve as primary client-facing representative onsite, addressing tenant and guest needs through effective public relations and feedback management.
- Coordinate with operations and technical teams to deliver data analytics support, including data extraction, report generation, trend analysis, and compliance reporting.
- Manage all site statutory compliances documentation, audits, and reporting, ensuring timely renewals and records maintenance.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or equivalent field.
- 3-5 years of work experience in Real Estate, Hotel, or Construction Industry; residential site experience preferred.
- On-site work location: Bengaluru, Karnataka.
- Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong analytical and meticulous attention to detail, capable of coordinating across multiple teams for maintenance and reporting.
- Experience with compliance tracking, audits, and statutory documentation in a commercial or residential real estate setting.
- Comfortable working onsite at commercial property in an operational role involving reporting, data management, and client interaction.
