About This Role
- Lead enterprise-wide data modeling initiatives aligned with business strategy and technology roadmaps, including strategy development and adoption of advanced modeling techniques like Data Vault 2.0.
- Provide architectural leadership for integrating diverse data sources, modern platforms (including AWS and Snowflake), and emerging data technologies ensuring scalable and future-ready solutions.
- Define and enforce data modeling standards, governance frameworks, and data quality controls while mentoring teams and advising senior leadership on data modeling strategy.
Minimum Requirements
- 14+ years of experience in enterprise data modeling, data architecture, data governance, and information management.
- Strong hands-on expertise with conceptual, logical, and physical data modeling; Data Vault 2.0; dimensional modeling; MDM; and tools such as ERwin Data Modeler.
- Experience with modern data platforms including AWS and Snowflake, metadata management, data catalog/governance platforms, data quality frameworks, and compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Work Experience Required: 14+ years; Location: Bangalore; Role Type: Hybrid; Industry Experience Preferred: Banking
