About This Role
- Review and process vendor invoices ensuring accuracy against Purchase Orders, GRNs, agreements, and approvals.
- Manage Accounts Payable ageing, vendor ledger reconciliation, and resolve discrepancies including GST and TDS reconciliations.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities, audit compliance, and ensure adherence to company finance policies.
Minimum Requirements
- 2–4 years of relevant Finance / Accounts Payable experience, preferably in the hotel industry.
- Graduate in Commerce / Finance / Accounting or related field.
- Good knowledge of Accounts Payable and P2P processes, GST, GSTR-2B, TDS, MS Excel, and accounting systems such as SAP.
- Work Experience Required: 2–4 years in Finance/Accounts Payable

- Experienced in handling vendor invoices and payments within hospitality or related sectors with attention to process compliance.
- Strong analytical and reconciliation skills with ability to manage deadlines and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Capable of coordinating with multiple departments and vendors maintaining accuracy and confidentiality in a structured finance environment.
