About This Role
- Lead the development and deployment of high-quality software solutions using AWS, ReactJS, TypeScript, and Java.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, build, and release new features ensuring application performance and quality.
- Mentor junior engineers and drive continuous learning while troubleshooting performance bottlenecks and bugs.
Minimum Requirements
- 4 to 7 years of software engineering experience.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), ReactJS (including hooks and component lifecycle), TypeScript, AWS, and foundational Java knowledge.
- Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India (implied onsite requirement).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in owning medium-complexity feature development end-to-end in modern web applications.
- Strong practical expertise with React fundamentals, TypeScript typing of components and APIs, and cloud deployment on AWS.
- Capabilities to mentor team members and troubleshoot complex performance issues in production environments.
