About This Role
- Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate following CoE standards, including hybrid automation involving agentic AI.
- Build and orchestrate autonomous or semi-autonomous AI agents with Agent Core, UiPath Agentic Automation, and Microsoft Copilot Studio for complex business process automation.
- Collaborate on solution design reviews, production support, and scalability including CI/CD pipeline integration; assess automation requests to recommend suitable approaches (RPA bot, low-code flow, AI agent, hybrid).
Minimum Requirements
- 4 to 7 years total automation experience including RPA and AI agentic development or equivalent demonstrated skills.
- 3+ years hands-on experience with UiPath development including workflow design, exception handling, reusable components, and orchestrator administration.
- Working experience with Microsoft Power Automate and familiarity with Power Platform (Power Apps, Dataverse, connectors).
- Hands-on exposure to AI agent orchestration tools such as Agent Core or UiPath Agentic Automation, and practical usage of GitHub Copilot or similar AI coding assistants.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.

- Experienced engineering professional with demonstrated ability to integrate both rule-based RPA and next-gen agentic AI solutions within enterprise environments.
- Strong technical skills across UiPath, Microsoft Power Platform, AI agent orchestration, REST APIs, and scripting languages such as Python, VB.NET, or C#.
- Skilled in governance, security, exception management, and responsible AI practices with a strategic mindset on scalability, maintainability, and cross-team collaboration.
