About This Role
- Own and ensure reliability and security of hybrid cloud infrastructure focusing on Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and endpoint management platforms.
- Design, deploy, and maintain AI-powered automation and MCP-based integrations to reduce manual IT workload and improve incident response efficiency.
- Develop and maintain API-driven automation, monitoring pipelines, and security compliance (HIPAA, HITRUST, NIST) within a regulated healthcare IT environment.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years experience in systems engineering or administration with ownership of complex hybrid cloud environments.
- Hands-on experience implementing AI tools or LLM-powered workflows for IT operations, including prompt engineering and API integration.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365, Azure AD / Entra ID, Azure cloud services, endpoint management (Intune), and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLANs, firewall management).
- Experience working in healthcare IT or regulated environments complying with HIPAA, HITRUST, or NIST standards.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced working at the intersection of traditional infrastructure and AI-enabled IT operations, capable of integrating AI agents and intelligent automation into workflows.
- Proficient in API development and scripting (Python, PowerShell) with version control and solid documentation practices.
- Comfortable collaborating across DevOps, security, and software engineering teams to align infrastructure automation with product and platform roadmaps in a regulated environment.
