About This Role
- Lead assessment and redesign of logistics and supply chain processes to improve operational efficiency, reliability, and scalability for component deliveries to production plants.
- Conduct Value Stream Mapping workshops, process diagnostics, and implement Lean Six Sigma continuous improvement initiatives.
- Facilitate decision-making workshops with senior stakeholders and manage cross-functional collaboration to implement process transformation and improvement roadmaps.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics/supply chain transformation and process improvement initiatives.
- Expertise in Lean management and Six Sigma methodologies with practical skills in Value Stream Mapping and process diagnostics.
- Proven ability to facilitate workshops and engage senior leadership stakeholders effectively.
- Fluent English language skills; preferred immediate availability.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced project manager with hands-on background in Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement specifically in logistics or supply chain contexts.
- Comfortable working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive measurable operational improvements.
- Familiarity with manufacturing, FMCG, or global supply chains and experience supporting digital transformation, automation, or AI-driven process enhancements is a plus.
