About This Role
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for engineering and architecture teams focused on system integration, CIAM, DevSecOps, and custom engineering.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder alignment sessions to ensure successful platform delivery and digital transformation.
- Support backlog management, testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for platform initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical business analysis within complex software or platform environments.
- Experience with system integration, ideally using MuleSoft, and knowledge of CIAM or DevSecOps.
- Proficiency in creating user stories, process flows, and managing backlogs using Jira and Agile methodologies.
- Fluent English communication skills and ability to facilitate workshops with stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in bridging business needs with technical platform delivery, especially in integration and identity management domains.
- Skilled in both documentation and collaborative solution design with cross-functional teams including architects and engineers.
- Comfortable working in an Agile environment with global, multi-stakeholder projects and complex technical ecosystems.
