About This Role
- Own end-to-end operations management for a process including client interaction, team management, and cost control.
- Manage a team of AOAMs/OAMs ensuring performance, motivation, coaching, and low attrition.
- Control process Profit and Loss monthly, monitor key metrics like utilization, productivity, and service levels, and report to senior management.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 8 years work experience with at least 3 years in supervisory role.
- MBA or Post Graduate Diploma in Management from a reputed institution preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite is required.
- Must be willing to work flexible shifts including day, night, and weekends.

- Experienced operations leader with proven capability in managing teams and client relationships in a service/process environment.
- Strong financial acumen demonstrated by managing process P&L and related operational metrics.
- Effective communicator who can act as a key liaison between senior management, clients, and internal teams.
