About This Role
- Manage branch operations including daily operational controls like cash, vault, ATM, locker, EOD, and reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance with audit, KYC, CKYC, and regulatory requirements while maintaining service quality and efficient customer experience.
- Track and improve service metrics such as TAT, FTR, complaints; prepare for audits and train frontline staff on process and compliance updates.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience: 3 to 9 years in branch operations.
- Educational Qualification: Graduate degree mandatory.
- Preferred Certifications: Banking certifications such as JAIIB/CAIIB (preferred, not mandatory).
- Work Experience Required: 3 to 9 years in branch operations.

- Strong background in branch operations management with hands-on experience in operational controls and compliance.
- Capable of monitoring service quality metrics and implementing root cause analysis-based improvements.
- Experience in customer service with cross-selling of banking products and digital banking activation.
