About This Role
- Perform quality checks and sample-based reviews of banking operational transactions to identify deviations and risks.
- Conduct root cause analysis for recurring errors and prepare periodic MIS reports on quality metrics and defect trends.
- Engage with process owners to drive corrective/preventive actions and support process improvement and automation initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate degree mandatory; Post-Graduation preferred.
- 4–7 years of experience in Banking Operations, Quality Control, Process Excellence, Audit, Risk, or Operational Control.
- Strong knowledge of operational processes, controls, regulatory requirements, and quality review frameworks.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MIS reporting tools.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in handling operational risk, process audits, and control compliance in banking or financial services.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with process owners and operations teams for corrective action implementation.
- Skilled in data-driven quality analysis with the ability to conduct root cause analysis and drive continuous process enhancements.
