About This Role
- Manage end-to-end operations for international holiday packages, including sales from lead handling to booking closure and post-booking support.
- Coordinate with hotels and Destination Management Companies (DMCs) for booking execution and on-ground service, including negotiation for pricing and upgrades.
- Maintain accurate records and drive revenue through active lead follow-up and customer requirement customization focused on Europe, Far East, and Middle East destinations.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-6 years of relevant experience in sales and operations for holiday packages.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Travel & Tourism or related field.
- Strong knowledge of hotel booking platforms, travel portals, and related services.
- Location requirement: Lower Parel, Mumbai.

- Experienced in handling international holiday package sales & operations with strong knowledge of Europe, Far East, and Middle East destinations.
- Skilled in supplier coordination, negotiation with hotels/DMCs, and multi-stakeholder communication.
- Detail-oriented with capacity to manage end-to-end booking process, handle escalations, and maximize conversion rates.
