About This Role
- Define and execute test strategies for semiconductor equipment software focusing on automation, functionality, and communication standards (SECS/GEM, GEM300).
- Design, develop, and maintain automated and manual test frameworks; perform comprehensive test types including functional, integration, regression, system, and end-to-end testing.
- Lead defect management and root cause analysis, drive quality metrics and continuous improvement, and collaborate closely with global engineering teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Software Quality Engineering with significant exposure to Semiconductor Equipment domain.
- Strong hands-on experience with semiconductor communication protocols SECS/GEM and GEM300 standards (E30, E37, E39, E40, E84, E87, E90).
- Proficiency in automated test framework development and defect/test management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or ALM.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field is preferred but not explicitly mandatory.

- Demonstrated expertise in semiconductor factory automation and equipment integration, capable of addressing complex quality challenges in equipment software.
- Experienced in managing end-to-end testing processes in Agile/Scrum environments with global cross-functional collaboration.
- Proven leadership abilities in mentoring junior engineers and driving quality improvements across software delivery and testing processes.
