About This Role
- Lead design, development, and deployment of Salesforce Revenue Cloud and Agentforce solutions leveraging Apex, LWC, and platform capabilities.
- Build and maintain complex integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware technologies.
- Drive DevOps best practices with Gearset CI/CD pipelines, mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and troubleshoot production issues.
Minimum Requirements
- 6-8 years of overall IT experience with minimum 4 years in Salesforce development.
- Strong hands-on skills in Apex (Triggers, Batch, Queueable), Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce integrations.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) certification required.
- Location requirement: On-site in Bangalore, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced technical lead comfortable with translating business requirements into scalable Salesforce technical solutions.
- Proven ability to implement and automate DevOps processes specifically using Gearset CI/CD.
- Familiarity or interest in AI technologies integration with Salesforce, especially related to Agentforce and Revenue Cloud ecosystems.
