About This Role
- Contribute to design, development, and enhancement of application systems using Java/J2EE, React, microservices, and APIs.
- Analyze applications for vulnerabilities and security, conduct testing and debugging, and recommend programming solutions.
- Serve as SME and advisor to stakeholders and junior analysts, managing risk and compliance in application development.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in Financial Services and 6+ years overall IT experience.
- Proficient in Java/J2EE, React, Oracle PL/SQL, microservices, APIs, and full stack development with CI/CD knowledge.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher mandatory.
- Work location: Pune.

- Intermediate level Applications Development experience with ability to work independently and across global teams.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills demonstrated in multi-geography/multi-team environments.
- Experience advising stakeholders and mentoring junior team members with autonomous judgement and risk assessment.
