About This Role
- Develop, test, deploy, and maintain software solutions across front end, back end, DevOps, or AI/ML domains for UKG’s flagship SaaS products.
- Participate in design reviews and code reviews adhering to best practices, debug and resolve defects promptly, and contribute to service health and incident management.
- Collaborate in a DevOps model with product management, automate tests, and produce documentation and training materials for new features and fixes.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 4 years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as C, C++, C#, .NET, Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Familiarity with software development practices, design patterns, version control (Git, GitHub), bug tracking (JIRA), cloud technologies, and DevOps principles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced software engineer capable of contributing across multiple technology domains including front end UI, back end API, DevOps, or AI/ML within a SaaS environment.
- Comfortable working collaboratively in a DevOps model with product management to design, deliver, and maintain high-quality services using modern tools and automated testing.
- Demonstrated ability to participate effectively in code reviews, debugging, and incident response, maintaining service health at scale.
