About This Role
- Lead and manage two engineering teams delivering the EZLynx 5 platform using .NET, SQL Server, and Angular.
- Provide technical oversight on design, architecture, code quality, and test automation across backend and frontend.
- Own resolution of operational and production issues, maintain delivery metrics, and run performance reviews and career development.
Minimum Requirements
- 12+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years in people management or leadership roles.
- Hands-on experience with C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, Angular, TypeScript, SQL Server, and REST API design.
- Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent education and experience.
- Experience with Agile Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader skilled in recruiting, coaching, and developing high-performing technical teams, including managing managers or team leads.
- Strong technical expertise in distributed systems, modular architecture, and cloud-native applications (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is preferred.
- Experienced in partnering with product and architecture leadership for planning and delivering against product roadmaps within a SaaS/insurance technology environment.
