About This Role
- Own weekly and ad-hoc retail and merchandising reporting using SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and Python.
- Collaborate with merchandising leaders, buyers, and analysts to develop actionable performance reports supporting strategic planning and allocation.
- Maintain and enhance BI tools, dashboards, and data extraction processes including leveraging AI/ML for predictive analytics and automation.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Retail and Merchandising reporting.
- Proficient in SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Python, Advanced Excel (VBA, Power Query), plus familiarity with MicroStrategy, JDA, PIM or similar inventory systems.
- Experience applying AI/ML tools and Power Platform (Power Automate and Apps).
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 4 years in relevant domain.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in Retail merchandising data analysis with a strong focus on business insight generation and strategic reporting.
- Skilled in multi-tool data visualization and report automation, able to work cross-functionally with leadership and business teams.
- Comfortable applying AI/ML technologies for predictive analytics in a large-scale retail environment.
