About This Role
- Analyze warranty, telematics, and engineering performance data to identify quality trends and drive continuous improvement for Agricultural products.
- Lead development of dashboards, KPI reports, and analytics solutions leveraging AI/ML, automation, and Power Platform to support data-driven decision-making.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product reliability and support quality initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- 8 to 10 years of experience in data analysis, Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, AI/ML, or related fields.
- Strong hands-on skills with Databricks, Python, SQL, Power BI, Power Apps, AI/ML, and enterprise analytics platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Computer Science) is required; Master's in Data Analytics, Data Science, AI, or Engineering preferred.
- Agricultural, manufacturing, heavy equipment, or industrial domain experience preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing large-scale structured and unstructured datasets in cloud data lakes and familiar with data governance and reusable analytics frameworks.
- Capable of leading technical projects that leverage AI/ML, automation, and reporting tools with ability to translate complex data into actionable intelligence.
- Proven cross-functional collaborator with experience working globally and communicating technical concepts effectively to business stakeholders.
