About This Role
- Lead design, development, and deployment of scalable AI-enabled applications and services impacting business outcomes and product innovation.
- Architect and implement production-grade AI systems using LLMs, Generative AI, RAG, agentic systems, and AI-assisted workflows.
- Establish AI development best practices and drive adoption of MLOps/LLMOps for scalable model lifecycle management and production deployment.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience building and deploying production-grade AI/ML systems across software, data, and machine learning domains.
- Strong proficiency in Python with solid software engineering best practices.
- Experience with vector databases and semantic search technologies like pgvector, Pinecone, Weaviate, Redis, OpenSearch.
- Experience designing and operationalizing ML/LLM Ops pipelines using MLflow, Azure ML, SageMaker, or Kubeflow.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced engineer with a strong focus on scalable enterprise AI/ML systems and production deployments.
- Demonstrated ability to architect AI integrations with enterprise platforms, including Wealth Management and identity systems.
- Familiar with advanced AI frameworks (LangChain, Strands) and cutting-edge AI architectures such as RAG and agentic systems.
