About This Role
- Serve as first point of contact for employee HR queries and transactional support via Workday Help case management tool.
- Manage and process Hire to Retire HR transactions in Workday, including complex transactions and mass data uploads.
- Escalate employee queries to specialist teams, monitor query resolution, and identify process improvement opportunities.
Minimum Requirements
- Mandatory experience working with Workday HR system.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant HR operations experience including use of case management systems.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Availability for 24/7 work environment with night, rotational shifts, and overtime as per business needs.
