About This Role
- Own and manage full P&L for the business unit, driving revenue, margin, EBIT targets and profitability reviews.
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, working capital optimization with focus on receivables and DSO management.
- Support business strategy and operations through financial analysis, customer reconciliation, compliance, and process automation initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- Qualified Chartered Accountant with 1-2 years experience in business finance and commercial roles.
- Strong Excel and financial analytics skills; experience with SAP preferred.
- Good understanding of accounting standards and GST.
- Open to domestic travel and ability to independently handle customer finance issues.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing business finance within retail or similar commercial sectors with end-to-end P&L ownership.
- Able to work cross-functionally with sales, operations, and customers to drive financial performance and resolve disputes.
- Comfortable leading process improvements and leveraging technology (e.g., automation tools, SAP) for finance operations efficiency.
