About This Role
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs ensuring alignment with business goals and timely execution.
- Oversee the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including requirements gathering, resource planning, deployment, and optimization.
- Collaborate with CTO/VP Engineering on program roadmaps and implement program management frameworks to enhance engineering velocity and efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in program management or engineering leadership in a product-led, high-scale organization.
- Strong core engineering background with ability to discuss system architecture, infrastructure, and technical trade-offs.
- Expertise in managing full SDLC and project management methodologies like Agile and Scrum.
- Location requirement: Must be able to work 5 days a week in Mumbai office.
