About This Role
- Maintain day-to-day accounting operations including Accounts Payable and general ledger.
- Ensure accurate multi-state GST filings and support TDS deductions and quarterly filings.
- Reconcile retail store sales and support retail stock and cash audits ensuring compliance with SOPs.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Master's (M.Com); CA Inter or CMA Inter dropouts with experience also acceptable.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in finance, accounting, or auditing, preferably in retail, D2C, or e-commerce sectors.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables; working knowledge of accounting software.
- Practical knowledge of Indian taxation including GST and TDS.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in retail, D2C, or e-commerce finance functions indicating familiarity with multi-channel sales and inventory.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to handle complex reconciliations and support audits.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with store teams and external consultants, showing ability to coordinate operational finance activities.
