About This Role
- Lead requirement gathering and process optimization workshops for Commercial Lending, Credit, Risk, and Operations stakeholders.
- Translate lending business requirements into nCino functional solutions and support configuration and implementation across the lending lifecycle.
- Act as a functional bridge between Business, Credit/Risk stakeholders, and Technology teams throughout Agile delivery, testing, and post-production stabilization.

- Proven skills in creating BRDs, user stories, process flows, fit-gap analysis, and working with Agile/Scrum teams using Jira and Confluence.
