About This Role
- Lead and deliver strategic programs and cross-functional projects in Payments Operations, managing project plans, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
- Develop executive presentations, business reviews, dashboards, and performance reports to support senior leadership decision-making.
- Drive operational excellence and transformation initiatives including process improvement, automation, digital transformation, and AI integration while ensuring compliance with risk and control guidelines.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of experience managing or leading complex projects or programs.
- Proficiency in advanced Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel (dashboard creation, Pivot Tables, Power Query, reporting automation).
- Experience in Payments Operations, Transaction Banking, Treasury Services, Financial Services, Project Management, or Business Management.
- Work Experience Required: 7+ years
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced operating at the intersection of Payments Operations and program management with ability to manage multiple strategic priorities simultaneously.
- Strong data analytics and reporting skills with hands-on experience creating dashboards and automating reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Alteryx.
- Proven ability to drive operational transformation initiatives leveraging digital technologies such as AI, Intelligent Automation, and operational excellence methodologies.
