About This Role
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI solutions that align with business objectives, covering NLP, computer vision, predictive analytics, recommendation systems, and LLM-powered applications.
- Build production-ready APIs, services, and scalable data pipelines integrating AI capabilities into existing systems, ensuring reliable models in production with monitoring and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify high-impact use cases, implement MLOps practices, mentor engineers, and contribute to AI architecture, experimentation, and software engineering best practices.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years in software engineering with at least 2–3 years hands-on AI/ML experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, and scikit-learn.
- Experience building and deploying models on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Working knowledge of SQL and building scalable data pipelines; experience in applied LLMs, generative AI, or NLP is required.

- Experienced in end-to-end AI solution delivery from concept to production in a complex, large-scale business environment.
- Skilled in embedding MLOps and strong AI engineering standards to maintain solution reliability and scalability.
