About This Role
- Lead two engineering teams delivering the EZLynx 5 platform based on .NET, SQL Server backend, and Angular frontend.
- Provide technical oversight for backend and frontend design, architecture, code quality, and test automation standards.
- Manage team performance, recruitment, coaching, career development, and collaborate with product and architecture leadership on planning and roadmap alignment.
Minimum Requirements
- 12+ years of software engineering experience with at least 5 years in people management, including experience managing teams or managers/leads.
- Hands-on experience with C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, Angular, TypeScript, SQL Server, and REST API design.
- Strong knowledge of distributed systems, modular architecture, software development methodologies, cloud platforms, and software security.
- Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent education and experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader skilled in managing multiple technical teams and scaling engineering groups in a SaaS or insurtech environment.
- Technically proficient in full-stack development with a focus on .NET and modern Angular, including cloud-native application development and CI/CD.
- Strategic planner able to coordinate with product and architecture teams, manage delivery metrics, and resolve operational issues efficiently.
