About This Role
- Manage enterprise-wide identity and access management on Microsoft and Okta platforms, including Okta SSO, OIG, Workflows, and Azure Active Directory modules.
- Own Corporate Active Directory domains and lead joiner, leaver, and mover employee lifecycle processes in IAM.
- Provide second line support for escalations, participate in project delivery, create documentation, and support employee experience initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years experience with Active Directory in complex environments including group policies.
- 2+ years experience with Okta SSO, Lifecycle Management, OIG, and Workflows.
- 1+ years experience with Entra AD and application proxies (preferably Azure Proxy).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing and troubleshooting complex IAM environments using Microsoft and Okta technologies.
- Capable of working independently within a fast-paced, Agile environment handling escalations and incident responses.
- Skilled in scripting (PowerShell) and maintaining detailed documentation to support knowledge transfer and user training.
