About This Role
- Lead design, development, testing, and deployment of scalable and secure software applications for medical imaging, diagnostics, and healthcare IT platforms.
- Collaborate with product management and cross-functional teams to define requirements, architecture, and technical specifications for new features and products.
- Mentor junior engineers and drive technical excellence including code reviews, testing, and CI/CD implementation.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of progressive software development experience.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field.
- Expert proficiency in at least one programming language such as C++, Java, Python, or Angular.
- Experience with container-based applications and knowledge of regulatory standards relevant to healthcare software (e.g., FDA, HIPAA).

- Experienced in designing scalable, reliable, and secure software solutions within healthcare or medical device software domain.
- Strong background in object-oriented design, software design patterns, and agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.
- Capable of working in fast-paced, dynamic environments with cross-functional teams and mentoring junior engineers.
