About This Role
- Own front-end development and delivery of the Digital Asset Management platform focusing on Angular and AWS Cloud technologies.
- Enforce and promote engineering best practices and Agile methodologies across global teams for platform releases and CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate cross-functionally within Asset Management Technology teams to align with strategic IT blueprint and multi-year product roadmap.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of industry experience in software development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Angular, Typescript, HTML5, CSS, AWS Cloud, authentication frameworks, and CI/CD processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE) or MCA required.
- Location: Bangalore (Manyata/EGL office). Shift: 11:00 am - 8:00 pm.

- Experienced in leading engineering teams in Agile environments, capable of mentoring and coaching peers to technical excellence.
- Demonstrates strategic and organizational leadership with ability to influence cross-functional teams globally.
- Has strong communication skills and experience working on green-field or key initiatives within asset management or financial services domain.
