About This Role
- Design, build, and maintain automated test suites across frontend, backend, and workflows including failure injection and multi-tenant isolation verification.
- Develop and integrate AI/LLM-specific test strategies including statistical assertions, semantic scoring, adversarial test corpora, and human-in-the-loop behavior validation.
- Embed testing into CI/CD pipelines with automated regression flagging and produce auditable test evidence for client milestone approvals.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of test automation experience including API testing and building reusable frameworks.
- Strong proficiency in Playwright and TypeScript for automation development.
- Experience testing LLM-powered or non-deterministic systems using statistical and semantic validation techniques.
- Experience with CI/CD integration (GitHub Actions or equivalent) and SQL/data validation skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proficient in testing asynchronous, event-driven systems and failure injection; experience with Temporal or similar workflow engines is a plus.
- Familiar with security and adversarial testing mindsets, especially prompt-injection techniques or AppSec backgrounds.
- Able to define and defend quality evidence under milestone pressure and mentor mid-level QA engineers in AI testing best practices.
