About This Role
- Collaborate with product teams and analytics teams to ensure data assets are high quality and useful.
- Define metrics, instrument logging, acquire and transform data, and ensure data quality and governance.
- Develop data solutions at scale and improve efficiency while working autonomously in a data engineering team.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent work experience) in a STEM field.
- 2+ years of experience in Data Engineering or related fields.
- Proficiency in Python or another modern programming language and advanced SQL skills.
- Experience with ETL/ELT processes, data modeling, data quality, data visualization/dashboarding, and product analytics.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced with both broad and focused data engineering responsibilities including metrics definition and data architecture.
- Familiar with SaaS business models and enterprise software product development (desirable but not mandatory).
- Capable of independent work while influencing product teams and collaborating across analytics and data science functions.
