About This Role
- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and optimize scalable full-stack web applications with secure, high-performing frontend and backend services.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with QA, DevOps, UI/UX, product, and other technical teams to deliver reliable healthcare technology solutions.
- Contribute to technical architecture, system design, mentorship for junior developers, and support production troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of professional hands-on full-stack development experience.
- Strong expertise with modern frontend frameworks (React.js, Angular, Vue.js) and backend technologies (Java/Spring Boot, C#/.NET, Python, Node.js, or PHP).
- Experience with RESTful APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, authentication, authorization, error handling, Agile/Scrum environment, and production support.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building scalable, secure, and maintainable full-stack healthcare or enterprise web applications.
- Proficient in collaborating across multidisciplinary teams and following Agile/Scrum development processes.
- Comfortable working US time-zone overlap hours (4:45 PM to 3:45 AM IST, Monday to Thursday) to coordinate with US-based teams.
