About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions for Windows Server and desktop environments using PowerShell, Azure Automation, and orchestration tools to enhance operational efficiency.
- Automate routine system administration tasks including provisioning, patch management, monitoring, configuration, and incident remediation across Windows Server, Active Directory, and enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with architects, infrastructure teams, and clients to identify automation opportunities, troubleshoot issues, and implement scalable solutions ensuring reliability and business continuity.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years of experience administering and supporting Windows Server (2019/2022/2025) environments with focus on high availability, security, and performance.
- Strong hands-on expertise in PowerShell scripting and automation tools like Ansible for server provisioning, configuration management, and operational automation.
- Experience with Microsoft Failover Cluster deployment, administration, migration, and troubleshooting in large-scale enterprise infrastructure.
- Work Experience Required: 15+ years in relevant Windows Server administration and automation roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Highly experienced in large-scale Windows Server environment management including OS upgrades, server and data center migrations, and compliance governance.
- Proficient in advanced automation scripting, infrastructure as code (Ansible, Terraform, PowerShell DSC), and integration with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
- Demonstrated ability to lead incident resolution and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable automation solutions.
