About This Role
- Develop, enhance and maintain modern, scalable web applications using MEAN/MERN stack technologies.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, security teams and engineers to deliver technical solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Contribute to prototyping, technology evaluation, coding best practices and resolving system issues with end-users.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, systems analysis or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of software engineering experience including internships or equivalent hands-on development.
- Proficiency in full stack development with TypeScript/JavaScript, Node.js, Express, Angular or React, REST/GraphQL APIs, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Hybrid work mode based in Pune/Gurugram with at least three days per week onsite requirement.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced full stack engineer comfortable with iterative development and secure coding practices in enterprise environments.
- Familiar with Agile software development, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps concepts and cloud platforms (Azure or AWS).
- Capable of integrating AI-assisted development tools into workflow and collaborating cross-functionally with product and business teams.
