About This Role
- Own end-to-end solution architecture and delivery for enterprise-grade applications, APIs, data, and integrations from development through production.
- Provide hands-on leadership by contributing Java (Spring Boot) and Python code, leading design spikes, performance investigation, and complex production issue triage.
- Lead adoption and delivery of AI/ML capabilities and responsible AI controls integrating with Data Science teams, ensuring operational excellence and secure compliant development.
Minimum Requirements
- 9+ years of applied software engineering experience with formal training or certification.
- Strong expertise in Java 11/17+ (Spring Boot microservices) and Python 3.x for services and AI/ML integration.
- Proven solution architecture skills: HLD/LLD, trade-offs, documentation for services, data, and integrations.
- Experience with distributed systems (microservices, event-driven architecture, Kafka or equivalent), data architecture (relational/NoSQL including MongoDB), and production AI/ML inference patterns.

- Experienced technical leader comfortable owning complex integrations and architectural decisions across multiple technical domains for regulated environments.
- Deep hands-on background in Java/Python development combined with architecture and DevOps practices (CI/CD, testing, security, resiliency).
- Strategic thinker with demonstrated capability to partner with Data Science for AI/ML productionalization and drive secure, scalable, and observable operational patterns including advanced AI governance.
